These 6 women are empowered and have the necessary tools to fend off any attacker. They learned invaluable lessons today on how to raise their level of awareness, create a verbal boundary, use their voice, and defend themselves against a physical strike, gun or knife. We watched them grow and become educated in just under 2-hour's time. We are so impressed with their newfound level of confidence.
