Educating young girls on Self Defense

Shaolin Kempo Arts in the community! Shaolin Kempo Arts had the opportunity to work with a Brownie troop from La Jolla Country Day school and educate them on the ABC's of Self Defense (Awareness, Back-up, Confidence), anti-abduction techniques and how to deal with bullies. These young girls were awesome and are empowered with new skills and knowledge!
